Our Projects

Bulgaria Mall

  • One of the largest mixed-use property projects in Bulgaria with 50,000 square meters of retail, office and entertainment spaces
  • The Mall was opened by the President of Bulgaria in November 2012
  • The Mall is substantially let to a number of international tenants including Debenhams, Guess and Carrefour
  • Construction of the 17-storey, 20,000 square meter office tower, Infinity Tower, was completed in March 2014

OneOcean Port Vell

  • Delivered a 5-year transformation programme to create one of the largest superyacht destinations in the Mediterranean
  • In 2015, the marina fully opened in its new configuration accommodating 150 yachts up to 190 metres
  • Constructed and launched two new state-of-the-art buildings including a private members’ club containing restaurant and bar and a facilities building including gym, business hub, crew lounge and offices for leading companies in the superyacht industry

Camaçari Tech Park

  • Owner of a site of approximately 700,000m2 in Camaçari Technical Park in Salvador, Brazil
  • Adjacent to the Ford Motor Company manufacturing plant, proposals have been submitted to develop a bespoke facility for the Ford Supply Chain
  • Future phases would include a gas fired thermoelectric power plant and mixed-use tenants to complement the Ford facilities
